About Us
A native to Kinston, NC, owner and operator of Eastern Carolina Homes LLC, Nick Nethercutt, got his start in residential construction building custom and multi-family homes. From 2012 to 2017, Nick transitioned to commercial builds including the construction of several Bojangles restaurants, Eastern Carolina University dorm renovations, and large pre-fab steel buildings ranging from 5,000-40,000 square feet.
In 2018, Nick graduated from Eastern Carolina University with a B.S. in Construction Management. He then found his way back to residential construction and began working for D.R. Horton, building over 200 homes with them before making the decision to go out on his own.
Eastern Carolina Homes LLC was founded In 2021 and Nick and his team have been remodeling and building beautiful custom homes for the Eastern North Carolina community ever since.
